About the travel cajon
A cajon is a box drum you sit on and play with your hands. The designer is a solo musician who wanted percussion small enough to travel with, and says this one has a really rich voice for its size.
The key is the drumming face, the soundboard: print it as solid as you dare. The designer used 60% adaptive cubic infill, 4 perimeters and 4.2 mm of top surface, which took almost a whole spool. There's a big bridge to print, so either tune your bridging or add narrow supports and expect 15–20 minutes of removing them. The sides and back are plain, so you can add your own patterns or logos with negative volumes in your slicer.
