About the Slide Flute
A slide whistle 'for those who don't know how to play but do it anyway', inspired by a Prusa blog post about printing musical instruments. The designer isn't sure it strikes the right tone, 'but for sure it is loud'. It prints in place in about two hours without supports, though some sanding may be needed. Tight tolerances are what make it sound good, so scale the plunger file down: 99% for Prusa MK3 or Mini printers, and 98% for printers with 0.2 mm or more of tolerance. A newer double slide flute is noisier still. The designer's video shows it.
