About the portable oboe stand
The designer switches between oboe and English horn in band, so they needed a stand that holds an oboe securely and packs flat. They modelled this on a simple commercial oboe stand: two printed parts slot together quickly and come apart to store flat in a bag.
It's made for the oboe, but the designer also uses it for their English horn without problems; it's just a little less secure than they'd like for the bigger instrument.
