About the Vuvuzela

The famously loud stadium horn, its own designer jokes, is a nuisance among instruments. This version is made stronger and quicker to print, in three parts that are best joined with a solvent weld (or glue). You buzz your lips into the mouthpiece like a brass instrument.

With a 0.8 mm nozzle the walls are a single line thick, so the strongest way is to print each part on its own in vase mode. If you print several parts at once, make sure the seams aren't aligned, because a straight seam is a weak line. Print the middle and top wide end down and the bottom mouthpiece down, with a 5 mm brim because the parts are tall with little bed contact.
