About the Trombone stand
Made so the designer's son could leave a stand at school instead of carrying one around. The printed parts join lengths of 20 mm wooden dowel into a tripod. A central joint takes three legs (about 30 cm each, with caps) and a stem (about 70 cm). On top is a bell rest held by a wedge. There are two bell-rest shapes, one modelled on a commercial K&M stand.
Print one end cap first to check the fit with your dowel and filament. The leg holes in the joint come out a little tight because the tops of the holes droop as they print. Sand them open rather than drilling, since a 20 mm drill bit split one of the designer's connectors. A SOURCES.txt file credits the original bell-rest design.
