About the Nose flute
A nose flute sits over your nose and mouth. Breath from your nose is directed across an edge, and you change the pitch by changing the shape of your open mouth underneath, much like whistling. It's about as easy as an instrument gets, so it's great for children and beginners. After many iterations, the designer reports this one plays well and is comfortable.
It comes in two 'nose angle' versions. Pick the one that best matches the angle between the base of your nose and your nostrils, so it seals and sits comfortably. The sharp edge the air passes over must print cleanly and exactly where designed, so set the seam to the rear and rotate the part so the seam is away from that edge. The page has more slicer detail. A lower hole takes a neck cord, and two upper holes take an elastic band for hands-free playing.
