About the ratchet noisemaker
A ratchet (also called a rattle, grogger or football rattle) clacks loudly when you swing it round its handle. This one prints as a single part with no supports. Version 2 has a stronger handle, oval side holes that bridge more cleanly, and a larger chamfer at the bottom of the turning part so it doesn't fuse to the housing.
Straight off the printer it may be stiff. The designer says to keep turning it gently until it frees up, and if the bottom has stuck, to carefully cut it free with a sharp knife, then keep rotating it until it moves easily.
