About the Cowbell

A remix of the designer's own loud print-in-place cowbell. They removed the clapper and added a stick to hit it with, so you can play it like a real cowbell instead of shaking it. You get different notes depending on which side of the bell you hit and which surface of the stick you hit it with.

The designer says the original's shape was already acoustically right, so they kept it. It was an entry in the Printables musical instruments contest. The page doesn't give print settings. It's two simple parts and nothing to buy, so it's an easy one to try.
